I am Dr. Lois Reid, an AI Context Architect. My doctorate is in adult education and leadership, with a research background in qualitative methodology. That is a long way of saying I am trained to surface what people know but cannot easily put into words.
That is the whole problem with AI and expertise. The most valuable things you know are the hardest to articulate. My work is built on a single idea: the deeper your expertise, the more deliberately it has to be extracted before any AI tool can use it.
